Australia is large and carrier prices vary by distance and weight. A single flat fee keeps checkout predictable. We subsidise part of the postage cost on many orders so there are no surprises.
Do you add a rural or remote surcharge?
No. It’s one flat rate anywhere in Australia.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes. Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
When will my order be dispatched?
We process orders promptly on business days. You’ll get a dispatch email with your tracking link as soon as it leaves our facility.
How long will delivery take?
- Metro areas: about 3–5 business days
- Regional/remote: about 3–10 business days
- New Zealand: about 5–12 business days

Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?
Yes, as long as the address is valid for your local postal service.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We start processing quickly. If you notice an error, contact us straight away. Once an order is in production or has shipped, the address can’t be changed.
My parcel is delayed or hasn’t moved — what should I do?
Check your tracking first. If it looks stuck, reply to your order email and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
